Nasrin is a certified life and nutritional coach with 25+ years of experience and extensive research in Human Nutrition, holistic health and wellness. She holds a BSc in Business Information Technology and yet, her passion for life and service led her elsewhere. Presently, her life and service revolve around Spirituality and personal development, nutrition and health – in particular on working with the body’s self-healing abilities to combat disease without the use of conventional medicine.
For the 10 years prior to moving to the UK, Nasrin worked both as a private teacher for children with learning disabilities and as the Public Relations Chairman of Damavand Mountaineering Committee in Tehran, Iran. Alongside two of her close friends, Nasrin founded Damavand Women’s Mountaineering Committee of Tehran which was the very first women’s-only mountaineering committee of the nation, where she continued to uphold title of Chairman of Public Relations. With over 10 years of experience in mountaineering including: traditional and professional mountain climbing, glacier/ice climbing, bouldering, abseiling and rock climbing, her time as a humble member of the mountains is deeply cherished in her heart to this day.
When she’s not experimenting in the kitchen, creating delicious and healthy plant based meals, she loves spending long amounts of time in nature – foraging for herbs and plants with medicinal and healing properties, making endless memories with her two children and exploring the world.
